Last week Metrologic Group hosted its yearly Worldwide Partners Meeting at l’Alpe d’Huez, one of the most famous Ski Resort in the French Alps. This was the occa­sion to have a fresh vision on the future of 3D metrol­ogy and dis­cover all the enhance­ments deliv­ered in our two major releases in 2018 and have a clear strat­egy going for­ward for 2019.

This pri­vate event solely ded­i­cated to Metrologic Certified Resellers wel­come some of the most highly skilled pro­fes­sion­als sup­port­ing Metrologic soft­ware solu­tions in over 30 countries.

Among the newest inte­gra­tion and the lat­est enhance­ments that were pre­sented to over 60 atten­dees, a spe­cial focus was made on CMM DMIS pro­gram­ming, offline planning/​programming/​simulation, Robotic Inspection as well as some of the best tools for point cloud inspec­tion and mesh creation.

It was def­i­nitely the occa­sion to high­light the lat­est inte­gra­tion of the Metrolog soft­ware with some of the most praised mea­sure­ment sys­tems. Some mea­sure­ment device man­u­fac­tur­ers were also invited to show­case their best mea­sure­ment sys­tems inte­gra­tion and pin­point the real ben­e­fits of our joint offer­ing com­bin­ing Metrolog and Silma.

As of Tuesday March 17th noon France is in partial lockdown and we will be applying government mandatory measures.  All of our team is able to operate and work remotely in secured locations.
