Metrolog Copilot available on your Extranet account

Metrolog Copilot, Metrologic Group’s new assistant, is now available in your Extranet account. This new chatbot acts as a front-line support system, universal and available at all times to efficiently handle customer requests.

As a web-based chatbot, Metrolog Copilot answers questions on all Metrologic Group X4 product documentation and guides our users through the use of our solution. It functions as a search engine based on the LLM (Large Language Model) powered by Microsoft Azure and OpenAI. This application is part of a global approach entitled “Manufacturing Copilots / AI for Manufacturing” launched by SMF.

A universal assistant

Available via a web browser, with no installation or software dependencies, Metrolog Copilot is accessible via Metrologic Group’s Extranet portal, and requires only an active Internet connection and an active maintenance contract. It supports the entire Metrologic Group software range.

An assistant available at all times

Metrolog Copilot is available instantly, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. It supports over 15 languages and includes natural language input.

A reference assistant

Metrolog Copilot provides access to comprehensive, referenced documentation where users can find more details. Indeed, Metrolog Copilot acts as a filter before contacting human technical support, and each of its responses includes a link to the relevant official documentation for further exploration.
