Metrologic Group, a Sandvik company is the global leader in 3D measurement and inspection software, providing value added software and CMM controls hardware solutions for the metrology industry (specifically 3D measurement and inspection with robots, CMMs, laser trackers, portable scanners and portable arms).  Our team is growing faster than ever!

 

The Position
As the Metrology Account Manager, you will work within a world-class team to promote and sell Metrologic products and services. You will cultivate current customers, new direct customers, resellers and integrators within a defined geographic area in order to grow revenues. A willingness to travel to customer locations with the necessary frequency to grow the business. You will be empowered to do what it takes to be successful and will be encouraged to find and take opportunities to grow professionally. This position is what you make of it.

 

Profile
For this position, we are looking for

  • a high-energy and optimistic sales person who wants the luxury of selling the best product in its category
  • people with experience in metrology or other manufacturing software and a desire to generate new business and service existing business.

The selected candidate will have the ability to uncover customer needs and provide solutions. We want someone eager to gain a deep understanding of the products as well as the industry. With daily, direct contact with customer, this position requires strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience and Skills required:
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience is preferred
